Get a gaggle of girlfriends together and we will bring all the goods to whisk up a treasure trove of jams and jellies right in your kitchen.
We provide the jars and pots and all the other tools you need to cook the jams. Our Blisshaus chefs will even bring the bushels and bunches of peak-of-the-season fruit from your local farmer's market. All you need to provide are your own bliss-buddies (and perhaps also some bubbly) to get the party started.
Exactly what recipes we'll use depends on what's in season when you host the workshop. We will build the set of recipes together with you before the session. Once everybody arrives, everybody gets to help prep the fruit, cook up the batches and can them. Your workshop buddies all will leave with a day to remember plus with jams and jellies to savior all year long.
The price is per workshop participants. We recommend a minimum of 5 and maximum of 12 workshop participants.
