We stand by the quality and joy of every Blisshaus product! If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, here’s our simple return policy:

  1. Full Refund Guarantee: We’ll issue a full refund on items returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  2. Return Shipping: For unused items in original packaging, we’re happy to provide a return shipping label—though we kindly ask to split the shipping cost with you. Since returns are rare (really, only one so far!), we’ve chosen not to bake those costs into our prices. This way, you get the best prices every day, and we keep returns affordable if they’re ever needed.

  3. Return Process: Just reach out to our friendly support team at hello@blisshaus.com with your order number to get started, and we’ll guide you through the rest.

  4. Exchanges: Need a different size or label? We’re happy to exchange items within the 30-day return window, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

  5. Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, sale items, and custom orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  6. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
