At Blisshaus, we believe in sending our beautiful products to you with as little impact on the planet as possible.
And alas, we have been shipping Plastic-Free from day 1 - and always will keep on keeping on! :-)

Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship:

Plastic-Free Shipping, Always: Yep, we’re the experts in shipping glass across the country with zero bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts. Our secret sauce? A combination of "innovative" packing materials - aka paper!! - and perfecting our methods, giving us an impressive 99.993% success rate at delivering glass jars safely. (Seriously, maybe we should teach Amazon and the rest of the world a thing or two.)
Bottom line: like you, our dear customer, we know that living with (almost) zero plastic is possible—and delightful!
If Anything Arrives Broken: We handle each shipment with love and care, but on the rare occasion that a jar breaks, just reach out and send us photos of the breakage (yes, we're perfectionists and want to analyze what went wrong so we can fix our process.) We’ll send a replacement right away.
Standard Shipping: We ship all orders ground unless you need a quicker delivery. We choose ground as it is the most environmental friendly route. If you do need expedited shipping, just email us, and we’ll work to make it happen. Check your shopping cart out with "ground shipping", email us with your request to rush the order, and upon receiving your email, we'll quote you the cost for expedited shipping.
Free Shipping: We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $250 within the continental U.S.
For Hawaii and Alaska, we can absolutely ship to you but we will ask for your help with the shipping costs.
Order Processing Time: To keep prices low, we process orders weekly on Thursdays. If our team has the bandwidth, we’ll get your order out even sooner. As we grow, we’ll continue speeding things up, and we thank you for your patience and understanding!
Free Local Pickup: If you’re in the Bay Area (or just driving through!), you’re welcome to choose free local pickup. Just select this option at checkout, and we’ll have everything ready for you.
